Certain items are returnable, including custom-made or personalized jewelry. Sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at +971 55 951 2454 with your order details. Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 28 business days.

5. Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, please contact us within 03 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
